It has friendly staff but lately there is on older lady that every time I go she is very rude always trying to make it difficult I hope she learns that customer service is very important as for me I have decided to close my account

Never heard of a bank closing for lunch. Thats a key time for people to need banking services. I would not use this bank if you need an actual reliable bank. If you need a copy of a deposited check, you can't get that online either. There are just so many things. This review is my opinion.

The Center branch is unable to do shared banking with other credit unions. There is no way to call them directly. They should put a big statement on their information on Google maps. What a waste of time. This is bad for their Brand.
