Worst Bank I have evered had to use. My job uses First Southwest Bank for payroll. Are only option is a check and First Southwest Bank turns around a charges $5.00 to cash are payroll check. A payroll check written First Southwest Bank checks.

I have never had any major issues besides my debit card not working all the time, lol. Other than that, the staff are great and will work with you.

Great bunch of people who work there. They are always smiling. I cash my check on Friday they are always nice.

They told me I couldn't open a bank account because there was no one to help me I will never bank with this bank due to the lack of customer service
