Great customer service.. and Devin is always so polite every time I have gone in. I would recommend to everyone I know.

There was some issues with me cashing a check which wasn't that big of a deal, it was my fault cuz I didn't bring the proper documents. But the overweight bald gentleman who was working there he said he was the general manager what's super rude in the way he spoke. After he was done yelling at me for having my 6 month old puppy on a leash he continued to speak to me rudely. When I asked him if he could please not speak to me that way I just want it some information on what I needed, He told me too bad and asked me to leave. Luckily once he started yelling at me I started recording the conversation on my phone so if he is the owner oh well but if he's not I would really like to share it with them.

Sue was an awesome customer service like no other..i will be forever grateful for her informative and pleasant customer service!

Dallas was very pleasant, she knew her job well I was in and out quick. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I visited Ace Check Cashing last week and had a highly disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and rude from the moment I walked in. Devon was the perpetrator. Not only did he take an excessive amount of time to process my check, but he also charged outrageous fees. Moreover, their customer service was non-existent as they seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. I would definitely not recommend Ace Check Cashing for your financial needs.
