The first time I loaned there, I was not very nice, as I didn't understand the process of loan services Instead of getting an attitude with me Kristy further explained the steps I needed to take. She and Rebecca are the best!! Had she not taken the time to calmly help me when I was freaking out, I don't know what I would do. I suggest Checkmate to anyone in need,they will really help you!

I have loaned from Chekmate for over 5 years now. Each time I have gone in the ladies have been courteous and friendly. I have only had one miscommunication throughout the years and fortunately, as promised, I was able to receive a full resolution right away. I spoke with Kristy over the phone days before I went to finalize my loan and she was very helpful and made sure that I understood the process. When I went down there to get the loan I received nothing but great customer service. This will be the place I continie to go if in need of help. Very professional place to go and I will refer everyone I know.

I went in for a payday loan. Never done this before. I had everything with me except for my bank statement. I didn't know if i could find one so i asked the lady for a couple pieces of printer paper so i could use my printer to print one out for her. She said she didn't have any. "So you don't have a printer?" I asked. She replied with " I do but i won't give you my paper." Then ignored me when i responded. Needless to say i won't be doing business with anyone who won't even help a guy out with a couple pieces of paper.
