Bank of Colorado, Colorado Springs, CO

They were nice enough to install EV chargers in the back but don't care about maintaining them. Two of the four chargers have not worked for over a year.

So, I had to go in here to get some old bills changed for new ones. Did NOT have any account. They did it for me anyway. The Lobby was very warm and welcoming. Astrid was great at customer service. If I lived here, they would have just won my banking. Great Job!! Bank of Colorado!!

I went into the bank only to be greeted by the most sweetest and most outgoing bank teller, Michelle! She was very personable and took pride in her work. Michelle, thank you for making me feel so welcomed. It’s really hard to come by these days. Overall the bank is great and helpful.

I have been banking with Bank of Colorado for several years now. They are consistently friendly and do a great job. I can always pick up the phone and get an answer from a friendly staff member and they now my family by name which is nice too! My kids, now young adults, are learning just how important it is to have a personal connection to your banking institution should something come up on their account. Bank of Colorado is building a long lasting relationship with my family.

I have banked at bank of Colorado for about 12 years. When they open the branch at Interquest. I moved to that branch because I knew some of the people that were going out there. I cannot describe how good the customer service is at that bank. Anything I need that they can do it is immediately done I haven’t had any issues with that bank at all and if you have the opportunity to bank there, I promise you would not regret it. Mark.

The Bank of Colorado Interquest branch is the best! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They really exemplify 'service with a smile' while taking care of all my banking needs. I love that I don't just feel like a number at the Bank of Colorado.
