We were denied by M&T Banking who we already have mortgage thru and still got phone calls from them seeing if they could finance us after we were denied, this was less than 2 weeks before closing. Jan got our mortgage and we closed in 4 weeks. The amount of stars to give her is off the chart. if having any problems with another mortgage company go to Jan and she will put you at ease. Jan helped us through a long adventure on trying to buy our house. She was always very responsive, concise and transparent through the whole process.
