Lisa is an absolute ROCK STAR! She knows what she's doing and doesn't mess around. We had originally been working with a mortgage company in Durango to refinance out of a very pricey construction loan into a VA home loan. Not only did this company drag the process on unnecessarily for several months, but they ordered an appraisal from the front range to drive all the way out here to do a "drive by" appraisal, which, hello (?!), came in under value because the appraiser was from the front range. All the while we were still paying only interest towards the construction loan AND accruing more interest to our mortgage. Lisa got on it right away. She was efficient, responsive, and sharp. I can only imagine how she would have handled our refinance had we worked with her from the beginning. She doesn't cut corners and sees through every last detail until the end.
