They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and on top of everything that needed to be done during the process. Buying a home is in itself a very stressful process, having a lender that you can trust will take care of you during the process and even after is very important. We knew from the beginning that Lisa would be that person, and she did not disappoint. 10/10 I would recommend Southwest Mortgage and Lisa Reeds team to anyone looking to purchase a home. There we're a number of challenges with the home type, location and my schedule that they worked through persistently, and to success. I had a lot of questions through the process, and they tirelessly dealt with all of them.
