Bobbie is so nice. She is helpful and friendly. Her and Lindsay always make any interaction no hassle whether making a payment, paying off a loan or applying for another. This has been an godsend when having large unexpected expenses come up.

I was just in last night and Bobbie was amazing. I got there with like a minute to spare and I felt bad but Bobbie was very nice and friendly, even though it was a minute before she closed. I wanted to tell her Thank you for being a rock star and an amazing woman.

Bobbie is the definition of a rude miserable employee. I walked in a was treated with nothing but disrespect before I could even say anything. This places customer service is terrible avoid at all cost.

Bobbie is amazing! I went to three other places to get my check cashed. She was able to properly verify my check and get my funds to me within 20 minutes. Everywhere else took 40+ minutes and turned me away with no solutions. She was friendly, professional, gave clear instructions, and did what everyone else was unable to do! My family needed these funds to pay bills but also partake in our family BBQ. She saved our weekend!!!!

I love ACE! I would recommend them if you need a short term loan. From the boards I see in the store, they do check cashing, money orders and bill pay. I've never used any of the services but they do have them. The loan process is pretty easy. You give them a few pieces of information, they put it in their system and you get an answer in a few minutes. The people there are always nice and seem to strive to get you in and out pretty quickly.

I was pretty nervous going in, this being my first time having to cash a check my personal bank would not do. Shawna greeted me and walked me through on how to cash my check. The process was necessary to verify who I am and the company that wrote me the check. The wait time wasn’t long at all and walked out with cash in hand. I’ve never had such exemplary customer service and support. Shawna the teller at this location was so kind and helpful. She was able to explain the ins and outs of the card and was able to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend going in and seeing her for any of your loan needs as well as look into their Porte card as it’s going to allow me to get paid sooner. Thank you again Shawna!!!!
