The act of receiving the loan in person was the easiest part! The service was great and it was very simple to obtain! We are 5 months into having a loan and coming up on last payment and the website we realize is absolutely horrible. How safe is my data really being in Check Mates hands? We tried making accounts only for the site to not be working correctly, then when the site was working today I input the wrong email address. When attempting to contact anyone to assist, even in corporate there is no one to be found. No real time assistance for anyone let alone technical issues. The only way to reach anyone would be to call the physical location which they are letting go to voicemail each time or to email the contact us which I'm still awaiting a reply from my inquiry from yesterday. Very frustrated with usability and ability to resolve issues at all let alone in a timely manner. Will not be using this service again and instead do more research and find one that hopefully has a better UI.

I have been a loyal customer for several years - continuously. I have always been treated with respect and curticy. The staff is professional and friendly. The fastest way in town to get a loan.

Gave me plenty of time to payback. I got to keep my low rent place because of Checkmate. Easy, fast, and with clear agreements.

The staff in there did not give me all the information I needed! She said if I came down and took my wife's name off my account that my wife could apply for a loan so I did that and then she said that she could not apply for a loan and tell the other loan was paid off she needed to give me all the information before I drove across town for nothing! All those ladies in there just sit around and eat all day anyway

These chics need to quit their job if they hate it so much instead of be rude to customers. I was waiting my turn and walked out before i could be helped they were so rude with the customer in front of me.
