They tell you that you are off the overdraft protection program but will continue to overdraft your account. They will then tell you it's your fault and get very unprofessional and refuse to help you get it resolved. I have switched my bank and will never work with them again for this particular reason, they have taken over three hundred dollars from me in less than a year and I highly recommend staying away from these banks. If they would make it right with my account I would have stayed but their refusal to do so is a clear indication of bad practice.

This branch sure is a bad worm in a branch that is very good. Bank tellers can’t write your account name Myers down clearly enough to be legible. They will leave you sitting in the drive throw for ten min before you have to drive away and go see the one lady that is working behind the counter.

Very happy with the quality of service. Always friendly & helpful. Even if there is an issue they help right away and make your concerns a priority. Services seem quite reasonable and fair compared to other places which seem to have tons of hidden fees. Really couldn't ask for a better banking experience.

Refused to notarize my document because I no longer have an account there. Only tried because the notary was out of town at my current bank. This type of thing should be no big deal in a small town, but they have policy of exclusivity here. I don't recommend them!!

I am quite aware of the Passive Aggressive attitude I have been getting from the Fort Morgan branch. But, it really didn't hit till I tried to cash/deposit a large check from my 401k. My last name triggered them, they've been holding my funds captive. A Caucasian friend of mine "cashed" a similar check at another bank and received his funds the next day. I will not return to this bank, and stress any Minorities to stay away from the Fort Morgan branch. The person I talked to at a other branch told me something about the federal reserve. This isn't 1976. Computers don't work that slow anymore, and I'm not an idiot.
