It says credit union but they’re Anot a connected to any other credit union so unless you bank with them directly you cannot deposit any money with any of their ATM or inside services. First time I’ve been to a bank that won’t accept money to deposit because I bank with a different credit union.

Really could work on customer service. Every time I come in none of the tellers smile and do NOT have a upbeat tone. First impressions matter whether you've been a customer for a while or are new. Customer service and hospitality as I have been trained is you greet people with a warm welcoming upbeat friendly attitude. It matters, its not just a job but being a good person.
