He genuinely took the time to explain everything to us and help us secure the best mortgage for our family- best rates, best type, and even the use of down payment assistance. He even helped us shop around for home owners insurance- which I'm pretty sure is not in his job description ;) He was so timely- we closed on our new home in 9 days!
