My wife and I moved here to lead a new office for my company, but she was pregnant, so getting into a house before the baby came was a massive concern. A few months after moving here, I met TJ and loved his personality and story about getting into the mortgage game. When we looked for a lender, he was the first guy I called. Even with a time crunch, TJ helped us through a spec build with a VA loan which can be somewhat complicated, not including our timeline with the baby coming due. While my wife and I were stressing, he remained calm and relaxed and assured us everything on his end would be completed on schedule. He was correct. He worked with the home builder to make sure requirements for our VA loan were completed, and the inspection could get underway so the loan would be approved. At closing, TJ was there to congratulate us on getting into the house and welcoming us to the community.
