When our business needed a loan, this incredible bank completed it in a timely way. Other banks had turned us away. They literally "saved the day" for our 33 year old local family owned business. We are very thankful for Todd's help with it. Thank you Todd and Team. Everyday we are thankful to Independent Financial, because we can continue to do what we are good at.

My card gets shut off by fraud detection every single time I try to use it. I either have to call for every purchase and ask permission to use my own money, or my card is shut off and I spend hours on the phone trying to get it turned back on. Life will be better when we're all using crypto and banks are obsolete. I hate this bank.

This branch is awful. Every time I go in there I met with attitude and disrespectful people. The manager of this location is the worst!

Can I give no stars!!! With this whole change to independent Bank all it’s done is create a whole mess for my account. I haven’t been able to check my account for a week, neither cards worked for atm use through the weekend and now I have over draft fees. The bank teller didn’t not say anything about extra charges or charges that haven’t came out, so now after depositing any money in my account I can’t even use it. Such a horrible time. Looking for a new bank immediately!!!

Liked it when it was Guaranty. Now that they switched to Independent it sucks! A $10/month service charge to have a savings account!! That's absolutely ridiculous. You will be better off finding a different bank. They're going to lose so much business!

Disappointed in this bank. Been a client for 8 years opened up a small legitimate business I pay taxes on and the "president" of the company decided he didn't feel comfortable transferring my checking account into a business account simply due to his lack of understanding on how modern internet business is ran and would rather close it instead. I appreciate how helpful the employees have been over the years I am very disappointed to see the "president" doesn't support small businesses. I'm not surprised.. just another out of date dinosaur. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

It's a bank. Great bank. Inside people smile and greet you. In the drive thru not so much. Drive thru people need to way work on their people skills.
