My wife and I just got our loan done with Ideal and I couldn't be more pleased. Brent, Doug, Debra and the whole Ideal Team were amazing to work with. The process was seamless with their ability to upload all the necessary documents. The way you can collaborate with the team via their online portal made the entire process really easy. Ideal home loans is the best mortgage company in Colorado. Matt Schulz was on point with communication and making sure any issues were addressed and resolved. Mike Zarlengo made sure everything was submitted on time, called and emailed if anything was needed asap. He followed up with his supervisors and made sure all deadlines were met. I appreciate everyone with ideal, they made sure my closing date was met. This company went above and beyond what I would expect, you shouldn’t use any other company in Colorado except ideal home loans.

After a nearly two decade relationship with Ideal Home Loans, I couldn't be more infuriated than I am now with this company. When faced with the opportunity to save me money and earn more of my business plus referrals, they chose to charge me more in interest. I was prepared to refer three couples to Ideal, but at this point, I will refer them to anyone but Ideal. #neveragain

Was mostly a fantastic experience with this company. Our Lender Joel made himself available pretty much any time we had a question. It was a year long process for us, yes it was on the long side but we found a home we love! The only demerit I would say is there were times when communication wasn't the greatest. Unless they were calling you it was VERY hard to get a person on the phone. I don't like endless emails when a quick phone call can do, that is something I think they can improve on. Overall very satisfied and fully intend to work with them again in the future!
