I have had Lendmark for about 2 loans now. I enjoy the quality of service and respect I get from the staff Daquan is usually the one that helps me I have nothing but great things to say about him. for overall staff service i give 5 stars. Now for the app I have no knowledge of how helpful it is.

Wow I wish I would've read all these bad reviews b4 I decided to do business with these people. They ignore my calls, emails about insurance that I pay for monthly on top of my car note. My car's been sitting at the body shop for over 2 months because Lendmark doesn't have any customer service, and 0 communication skills. The body shop has been waiting on portions of their money. I have been carless for a while now. Also Refinanced me without even explaining to me anything. Stay away from these people.

Every single week like clockwork they call me asking for a Helen but there is no Helen in sight. I don't even know a Helen! I have had my number for over a decade now, years before they started calling over a year ago. Every time for the last month I've picked up and told them this but they CONTINUE TO CALL, OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Blocking the number hasn't stopped it, it goes through my spam filter, and there seems to be no end in sight. I don't know who Helen is but there is no Helen here. She must have given the wrong number and good lord am I tired of it waking me up in the morning.
If you are reading this Lendmark, PLEASE HAVE YOUR CALL CENTER PEOPLE UPDATE THE PHONE NUMBER IF WE TELL THEM IT'S WRONG.

We will not work with Lendmark ever again. The staff is unprofessional and unable to complete very simple requests. They do not communicate with each other at the expense of the customer. Ron was incredibly unhelpful and took almost 2 weeks to complete a simple task.
Payments in the app are delayed- causing unnecessary phone calls and stress. We really wanted to support this small business, but are incredibly disappointed. Take your business elsewhere

If I could, I would give this place no stars. They make their online and app interactions so horrible, you can’t possibly know what’s going on with your loan. Then they tell you that you have to go to the office to get help. This is only so that they can hard sell you on another loan. These people and their company are Leeches on society. The worst of the worst. They prey on poor people and use high pressure sales tactics to make people take out loans with “loan shark” interest rates. Let’s all do our part to make sure they go out of business!!! Now I have to send you more info and try even harder to connect with you? It’s obvious that your digital options are garbage from your nationwide reviews. Just fix your app and online options so that those of us who don’t pay our bills by going “in to the office”.

All these reviews that are rated lower than a five are crazy! I am guessing maybe people were just not getting approved.
Today Shanna Raymond help me out so much and also made everything so convenient and easy. She has such a sweet soul and is literally willing to give her best! Such AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I would give no stars!! The branch manager Shannon is the most unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with, she is the most disrespectful woman to talk to, she constantly inturups you when your trying to discuss an issue, she talks to you like your stupid which i cant stand knowing my intelligence is beyond hers, and when i finally asked her to stop inturupting me she gets an attitude and starts acting childish with me. I do NOT have to do MY business here and will do my business else where just because of her. It's amazing that just one person can effect a company, will never do business at this location, or business ever again! AVOID Shannon at all cost !!!! She will try to set you up for failure if she can. Just a warning to all other potential clients, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE,RUNNNN!
