I've been with Options CU since 2005 and the services and products just keep getting better. It's a relatively small credit union but with full services. I've always had excellent personal service whenever I call and it's taken care of. Options participates in shared branch so I can go to any credit union that participates and transact business. Great rates on loans and high yield on savings. Why use a big impersonal bank when you can be a part owner of your credit union? Funds are insured like in a bank. I'm happy with Options and plan to keep my accounts there for the foreseeable future.
