Joel is the best! He truly cares for the customers. He gives tips and advice on how to help, whether your credit score is 650 or 800. This is why I will never use a bank. This credit Union truly cares for their customers and celebrates their victories!

I have been with Elevations CU for over 12 years. For the last 9 years, I have also had a cash business. I have been going out of my way to use the N Main Branch because the staff there is so friendly. Serenity is always a great front desk person. Tracy K, Cindy S, Heather R, and Susan are all beyond helpful and have always made tedious cash and coin deposits easy! I don’t know the other people’s names :-(. I just sold my cash business, I’m staying with Elevations, of course. I won’t miss having to go personally into the bank (with cash), but I will miss my interaction with all the employees there! They have always been worth the extra drive!

Absolutely the best financial institution I have ever been a part of. I love their online banking which is a great convenience, the employees are always helpful and courteous. And if I ever have any Questions they address them immediately. Can't say enough about elevations credit Union. Randy
