Independent Financial, Longmont, CO

Independent Financial, as a whole, has been a very helpful bank that still holds family values at its core. I usually bank at the Berthoud Location, but I find the Hoover location in Longmont to be just as good.

Outstanding service. We brought our young sons in to open savings accounts. Nathan and Karen went above and beyond to help, even providing water and a snack for the youngsters. Memorable experience!

I hate the way that they spell Guarantee. The Atm is fine.

Love this bank !

This bank does not apparently believe in customer service. Their systems are antiquated and not acceptable in today's world. For example, I was told that the debit card for my business has been compromised and could not be used until I called a phone number to reinstate it. Well, the system could not recognize my case number and then sent me to some fool in India who told me I had to actually go into the bank to fix this because they "were not my bank". Meanwhile, important payments are not getting made. Really terrible, do not use this bank.

I love this bank. They are the kindest staff and won't let you walk out of there till they help you with what you need and they really do care about you. Today Nathan Johnson helped me get rid of my stress. Want to thank all of them, you all are the bomb. 🌹 …
