I have gone through this location for a few years now. It's always been smooth and easy, the service is great. They allow me to pay early and have always been awesome. Last night was a different story I mean way different- I went in between 530-6PM. Two ladies were there currently helping another customer, I kindly waited while the older worker Maria apologized, she called the customerhun and was very sincerely sorry they couldn't provide her with a loan. The minute the lady left, Maria wasn't that way with me. The younger worker Maria was nice and helpful. They both have helped me while over the phone. These interaction was anything but pleasant. These calls have all been notated, I do this for my own logs, the manager Maria was very rude, and while I would ask questions to the younger Maria, she would cut me off or get mouthy about it. At one point, I asked her " why are you talking to me like this, I am just asking questions?" She said "sorry I didn't know you were sensitive..." That was her response and it was an unacceptable one. I have every right to ask questions, all she did was huff and puff. If the cameras in this location work, I suggest looking at it. Being that it is my loan, I'd like to know why you are saying my loan is "inactive", she said "you probably haven't been in since 2019" and she was snarky with her remarks... And the fact that she couldn't even clarify the right info.... I also got bugged the minute she started speaking in Spanish, regardless of what she did say, I feel like it was pointed at me. The younger Maria was still helpful and tried to make the process smoother than what it was, I apologize to them both for asking questions, while the younger Maria was still helpful - the older one wasn't. That is the same person who over the phone with me has said "Yvonne has talked about you being a loyal customer and making your payments early... The same person over the phone says "Sweetie, thanks for your early payment." She treated me like she had never talked to me before, I introduced myself, gave my ID. I definitely felt like a piece of trash after leaving there. If I could give a 0 star I would. Her attitude wasn't needed nor was there a reason for it. This was all on the cameras so if there is something that needs to be clarified please let me know, as I did reach out to the Corporate office yesterday. To voice my concern and disappointment in how the face to face interaction was worse than the phone to phone interactions that I have had with her...

Maria is an absolute pleasure and whatever she is being paid isn't enough. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but she is kind and goes the extra mile for her customers. I wasn't able to get into her location until 10 minutes before closing and she still provided me EXCELLENT customer service with a smile! Thank you again so much, Maria. You're a life saver.

This place is so professional and willing to go above and beyond to stay after hours to deliver the service I needed. Maria attended my needs in a very helpful and professional manner.

I go in on occasions and have ALWAYS been helped by Izzy. She is always pleasant and gets me in and out. I will continue to go back if needed based on the customer service and polite interaction with customers. This is the only location I will go to even if that means a little further drive. Thanks for your help Izzy it's always appreciated.

Kalei and Izzy are the best, I get short term loans every once in a while and this was probably the best experience I've ever had. They were very welcoming and helpful, and I enjoyed our conversation very much. Great ladies and good lookin, highly reccommend if you're in need of their money services. I left my phone there and Kalei even waited about 10 minutes after closing for me to get there and get my phone back. I was going to leave a good review anyway and then my phone happened on top of, some great gals.
