Was having a bad day after visiting many different locations to cash a handwritten check. Mercedes was able to turn that around for me and put a smile on my face while doing so. Very professional and courteous. Thanks Mercedes, and thanks MoneyTree!

I'm absolutely disgusted by the treatment I've received from this place in the last few months! Ever since they've changed up their staff, the new tellers and new rules have made this a grudgingly grueling process! I used to love coming here and now I despise it. Today was the worst out of every experience I've recieved. The woman with long red hair would blink her eyes in irritation as I tried to discuss the situation. Any hint of good service that I've experienced before was washed away with this woman's clear irritation of my questions and concerns. She did not complete my transaction by giving me my change and then shorted me when I had to reverse my transaction, which I've NEVER had to do. I tried to explain that she never gave my initial change back to me from the original transaction and that, though she was giving me the amount of the loan back, the left over amount was not handed back to me. The fact that I had to break it down in a step by step process is unbelievable. I would never request someone be fired, as we all have bad days now and again, but she needs serious training on how to deal with a customer in a polite and understanding manner. Once I'm done with this loan, I will never do business or refer this place to anyone ever again!!

After a water line broke and realizing a few extra dollars were needed I got the necessary documents in order to get a loan. When I arrived, it only took about 15 minutes total to complete the process and was on my way. Money tree helped me out when I needed it and provided excellent service when I was there. If you ever need a short term loan, I'd highly recommend using MoneyTree.

Clarisa was completely amazing and had amazing customer service. She was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Kylee and her co worker on Friday at around 5pm on 5/9 I can not rember her name but they both went above and beyond in helping me to get a loan. They helped me log in and get the info I neesed form my bank and took the time to make sure I got the Money I needed that day and.they were so sweet and never once did I feel like a hasel or that I was a pain and belive me I have been to some places on a Friday afternoon about closing time and they make you feel like you just ruined there day. So thank you ladys for the amazing service and I will always go to that location from here on out! Just wish I could remember her name...

This is a great location. I was there a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of working with Fernando. He provided excellent guest service. They were busy but I never felt rushed. Fernando answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location.

Charging $12 to cash a personal check is excessive and greedy. Cashing any check should not be more than $5... seriously. That's ridiculous.
