Bank of the San Juans, Pagosa Springs, CO

They say they open at 8am and it's currently 8:37am and I can see all the tellers inside but no one has opened the doors. Terrible service

$90 in overdraft fees for transactions they kept processing with no money in the account. CRIMINALS!

This bank is the furthest bank from our location than any bank in town. However, it's worth the drive. We've banked with them for over a decade and they don't hold funds or play games with our business. I love that they issue debit cards on the spot. I ruin my debit cards in the construction conditions we work in. So it's very helpful to get new cards immediately. And my grandson scores every time he goes with my wife to the drive up window. :)

Excellent customer service from Deirdre. (Way less good service over the phone from the manager who sounded irked at having to re-activate my dormant account.)

The ATM is so twitchy I had to have a teller come out and help me the last two times I used it. Considering I have used ATMS on four continents, this is extremely annoying.

This is a great little bank. I am always greeted personally when I enter, and the employees are very welcoming. They keep me notified re my account and have great gifts for those who open a new account.

Friendly people and great service! Coming from another big chain bank in town what a welcome change. The only thing I could possibly say bad about this bank is that the ATM spits out cash in different orientations and this makes my OCD act up I know this is petty but there you have it hahaha
