TBK Bank, Pagosa Springs, CO

I do not bank at TBK, but recently had an experience with them trying to convert a check from the title company to a cashiers check. I went to the bank on Talisman Drive and was told I could not do that as a non customer, nor did they have the funds to cash it. They suggested I go to the downtown branch. I was initially told the same thing there, but upon my insistence for a solution, Christopher Young, whom is an awesome employee, went above and beyond to find a solution to my dilemma. Having been in the banking industry for 14 years, I was disappointed with the way it was initially handled, but was tremendously satisfied with Christopher’s above and beyond approach to find a solution and save the day, and the banking experience! Go Christopher! Kudos to you for your great customer care !! I give you 5 stars, but the overall TBK experience only two!

One teller at the TBK was willing to drive a address change to me at work. She absolutely went above and beyond I wish I caught her name but she is great
