I can't say enough about our very positive experience with Diane Roh and Premier Mortgage ! We had been watching the Denver area real estate market for several months. As funds became available for a down payment on a townhouse we began to wonder who to choose for a mortgage underwriter. Should we stay local in Pueblo or go with a Denver firm. Since this would be a long distance purchase who could service us better? I am really glad we crossed paths with Diane. We closed on a two bedroom townhouse last week in Denver. Throughout the whole process Diane was right there with us from the loan application all the way through loan underwriting and closing prep. Diane produced loan scenarios for every request at different down payments for different properties with out hesitation. She answered every question we came up with quickly and accurately .
