David Galli was awesome at this bank and got our small business the gov PPP loan quickly. We were one of the first to get the loan too due to his persistence! He was on it since day 1 and was quick to respond to any questions and info needed to get the job done. Thanks from all of us at Jacks Transmissions!!

I would pick less than one star but unfortunately that is not an option. WARNING TO ALL PEOPLE that live in our state which marijuana is legal both for medical and recreational use, that once this bank identifies that your paycheck is from any type of marijuana facility they will not deposit nor cash them. They have actually taken people's checks and without their knowledge did not deposit them. Then they send a paper copy of the front of the check, which no bank will take due to it not being an actual check. If they are not accepting them they should at LEAST return your original check back, but no, they just leave it up to you to figure it out. Thankfully some owners will help their employees by verifying the copy of the check, canceling them and having to write new ones so that these hard working marijuana employees can get their funds and pay bills. These employees no matter where they work should not have issues depositing a valid check. This type of judgement from this bank is unfortunately not going to do them any good, they're just closing accounts for people to bank where they'll have no issues.

I decided to open a personal checking account here recently and had a friendly banker named Scott help me get started. Staff has been very accommodating and even had grilled hot dogs and brats out front at the north pueblo location today! You can still get a free lunch if you're in the right place at the right time!

Only person in the drive thru and had to wait 20 minutes. They didn’t appear so smart. You should keep your customers informed instead of disappearing for 10 mins until ringing the buzzer.
