ACE Cash Express, Thornton, CO

It's friday you know its gonna be busy. And you have 2 people working one counting the register and another with customers. I stood in line for 30 minutes got to the register and it took 3 minutes tops. And this is why I wish they took payments online or over the phone. I mentioned that to the blond guy with glasses and he rolled his eyes & no response. Fast service yes always but slow to tend to you.

Patty was absolutely excellent, very sweet, knowledgeable, and kind. Made my transaction quick and enjoyable. THANK YOU PATTY. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

This morning at your 88th and Washington location I was greeted with"what are you here for" not "good morning how can I help you?"or "what can I help you with today?" With serious contempt. Did not run my name, scan the check, just a flat NO, we don't cash personal checks for that much(7000.00). Her next response is go to a bank. What!! Aren't you a alternative banking entity?Wow how rude, insulting and demeaning! From a customer who's used Ace for 25+yrs and cashed hundreds of thousands thru Ace with no issues ever!I will seriously go elsewhere.

Current employee Iveth santos has amazing customer service, she attended me with great service and respect she helped me out even though I have a speech impediment she was patient and sweet and she helped me find out if I was eligible for a loan thank you Iveth for great customer service.
