I was very happy with the entire process. From first walking in, I was nicely greeted by Nancy, who proceeded to help me. She was very thorough in explaining each step in the process and made sure I understood all aspects of the loan. Obviously borrowing money indicates a rough patch, Nancy was also encouraging and went above and beyond just processing the loan. Extremely grateful for the help and treatment I received at this business.

All ladies were wonderful. Very helpful kind and respectful. But most of all very fast I was in and out in less than a 10 minutes.

I recently was interested in getting a loan and came across Advance America. I had a few questions I needed to clear up so I called them and spoke with Connie. Connie was extremely friendly and confident over the phone that it convinced me to go in person and apply. I’m glad I did because the total staff exceeded my expectations. Mr. Mack was the gentleman who processed my application and he was extremely professional, quick, efficient and knowledgeable. During the process Mr. Mack also was training a new hire. The New hire also was friendly and chimed in on conversation and seemed no stranger to providing great customer service. Although Mr. Mack processed my application, Connie was also present and was just as welcoming in person as she was over the phone. I most definitely 10/10 recommend anyone interested to go specifically to this location. They answered any of my questions and encouraged more if I had any.
