Worst customer service you can imagine from Cruella.....I mean Adel. My mother has had a brain injury for 3 years and it's IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYTHING taken care of. I've had power of attorney the entire time which they've had hundreds of copies of in the past 3 years. But I have to drive 4 hours to close the account to be done with them. Wonderful

Love the look of this old bank, very stately. They recently remodeled it but kept the vintage look in the main bank area which is pretty cool. The tellers are friendly and my transactions get taken care of pretty quickly. The only thing I don't like is that I couldn't get a safe deposit box because they only had a little tiny one available at the time.

First National Bank in Trinidad Colorado is located right downtown on Main Street the bank it's self is awesome and the staff is always friendly but the parking sucks really bad all in all if you need a bank this one is not bad so stop in check them out and see for yourself if it is for you!
