Following our initial conversation on the phone, we met in person to discuss the wholesale mortgage process and the services Ryan had to offer. I don’t even know what to say about Ryan and his team except that he was an absolute godsend for us. My husband and I are both self-employed, so we were having a really hard time doing a refinance of our home with ENT due to the new lending requirements for self-employed folks brought about by COVID. (Think a TON of paperwork and documentation plus seemingly endless red tape.) ENT Credit Union had jerked us around forever, and we were really jaded and in a tough spot when we called Ryan.
