We decided to refinance our home. Joedda Santos, the new branch manager at PPCU's Woodland Park office made it so simple! We were both amazed at how easy it could be to refinance. We highly recommend Pikes Peak Credit Union - excellent service by people who truly care about their customers! PPCU has phenomenal service! We sought a banking institution that was aware of and practices "local economy" and found the BEST service in Teller County! We're so glad we made the move.

I have had very good service at PPCU for 19 years, the people are great. I give it a 5 star as far as the people go and most of the services. My only complaint is ever so often one of my debit cards won't work. Like I tried to use one of them at Divide Feed to buy hay for my goats yesterday and it came back declined because it was expired (which it wasn't) I tried to change a bills auto draft to this card and the web site said check expiration date or CCV. This is driving me crazy. But this is my only complaint.

I refinanced an auto loan through Pike's Peak, and even after providing adequate proof of insurance more than once, I have received multiple letters in the mail stating I have a week of lapsed coverage and that they will be adding $273 to my current balance to pay for the insurance. Find a bank with better customer service and up to date support systems and save yourself the trouble of coordinating with this institution.

1) The account app is quirky and absent many features and functions usually common to similar websites. It's become a laugh for those around me whenever I try to log on. 2) Several staff members must be pampered in order to get decent customer service.

PPCU still operates in the dark ages of banking. There is no after hours assist once the two offices close the door for the day. Website constantly locks out your accounts 2 to 3 times a month forcing you to wait unit the next business day to have your online account unlocked. Worse no direct support to fix this problem, have to go through a couple of people with each phone call to resolve the problem. Many a time the person one the phone will not believe you until you force them to try to access the account themselves. Personal and Auto loan process takes days for a response, worse you have to call them to get an update as promised call backs never occur. I have good credit score and yet could not qualify for a loan there, was able to go to another financial company and get a loan in just a few minutes.

Love the people that work drive-thru! They call you by name (small town courtesy) and are quick with their service! Update June 2022- Continue to have great service at this credit union! Update March 2023- This location continues to display fantastic customer service! Update August 2023- Continue to have wonderful customer service at this location! And can't beat the fact they give our pups treats every time we go through drive thru!
