CorePlus in Groton is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My questions are always answered and they always tell me when the Credit Union is offering something new. Five stars!

Tellers are rude and just overall have a horrible experience everytime I go. I go out of my way to use the New London Branch because this one is so bad the New London Branch though, everybody is so nice courteous and helpful
