I left this credit Union over 5 years ago keeping only a savings account open and a joint Credit Card. The reason I left is they changed the checking policy requiring 1000 to be in the account at all times or be hit with a service fee. They told us an option was to open a 1000 dollar over draft protection and there would be no fees which we did. A couple months after we made a purchase that put us into the over draft protection. It worked great until we saw how the processed it. The covered the overdraft, charged us for transferring the money from over draft to checking and then because the overdraft account was now under 1000.....yep they hit us with a monthly checking account fee! Seriously this is not Bank Of America or Wells Fargo! I moved all my accounts to USAA including two mortgages. The reason I am even writing this now is the savings account I had there that had 5 dollars in it. Yea they figured out another fee and took the last 5 dollars I had in this bank for inactivity! Total BS. Good By Core Plus. At one time I had nothing but great things to say about you but your bad banking practices drove me away.

This bank is horrible they give out your information to unauthorized ppl. They make you come in to change any informat or to do anything.

Worst credit experence of my life. Never sent me a welcome letter with my account number when I used them as a lender to purchase my car. Never sent me my first statement with a due date. Never even sent me an email. Haven't been helpful over the phone. Don't use them, even if they're the cheapest monlthy payment it's not worth the aggrivation and hassle. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their hours also suck so if you work a 9-5 job you'll never be able to get ahold of them and get things fixed.

The Bank Clerks that USE to work here WERE very helpful and nice, I use to enjoy coming to this location. The New Staff are just plain Rude and don’t want to do their job, I recently had a issue where I went to dinner and was over charged, I went into the bank and informed them that I needed to file a claim Etc, The two young ladies that assisted were rude, one more than the other because it was clear the girl that was working the front was New and it showed that she had mo clue how to start the paperwork, So the one that was assisting her was trying to show her authority and doing so, I think she forgot that I was the customer and that it was my Money we was discussing, Long story short, I called over her head because of the lack of treatment and I received a call back with apologies which I appreciate but still to have to go in and handle a situation like this, was frustrated enough, and then to go in and deal with young ladies with attitude, is beyond me! I edited my review because as stated at one point, The atmosphere here was welcoming, now All staff have been replaced ir promoted Etc…

Now I remember why I closed my accounts at CorePlus years ago. I went into the branch to make a withdrawal because I have shared with another bank which is not local. My bank had called them authorizing the withdrawal prior to me arrival. The tellers acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Many of the employees were having social conversations & offered no assistance.
