Never in my life have I had the level of disrespect I had going to this location then I had today. I understand 100% percent what's going on with this virus and the levels that have to be taken to keep people safe at the bank I'm a store manager of a grocery store chain so I know first hand. But to yell at me and be rude when I was just trying to drop of paper work that I didn't have the week before when I was in side there. And the aggressiveness was just uncalled for I have other banks I bank with and with how I was treated today I feel like closing my account with them.

I had just started a job for my first check came to this bank with no account but my payroll check was drawn from people's bank I was allowed to cash my check after signing an agreement and offering my thumb print along with id today I walked into this same bank and some bank executive or manager tried to tell me this is not done here and was quite rude about it

Do NOT trust this bank with your hard earned money, ESPECIALLY when it comes to IRAs, CD's, etc. They don't pay attention to details, have terrible customer service & will do nothing but frustrate you. There are so many other banks that actually care & will give you the support&attention you deserve. Absolutely terrible to deal with. You WILL be frustrated & waste SO much time if you decide to bank with them!
