If anyone is in doubt about applying for a mortgage and thinks they wouldn't be able to "qualify" or "afford it". If anyone thinks it's a hassle, you have to give Evolve a call. They made what I thought would be an impossibility into a dream come true!

I would give the rep who got me this mortgage 5 stars. The customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered from a business. I have had about 10 phone calls to customer service and was disconnected about 5 times on transferring my call. They said they would call me back but never did. Each call to them I was told the problem had been solved but they would never acknowledge in an e-mail, the problem persisted. I have wasted about 1/2. To one hour on each call. If you have a problem you can only get results from an escalation specialist. But you need permission to speak with one. You cannot speak to a representative twice. Each time you call you have to explain the problem over and over again and then you get a different answer each time. I thought cable companies had bad service. These guys take first place by far In the worst customer service. Avoid them at all cost.
