All time worst. The people buying my house used them as loan company, and they took sooo long to even start processing the loan that it was delayed later than the interest rate lock I had on the house I was buying. They also delayed it passed the time they (my buyers) had in their apt, so they had to move into a friends house. They wouldn't move it up in the que for any reason, even though they were homeless! Other banks in the area can do the loan in as little as 10 days if they have all the docs. Crazy. Don't use them.
