When I called the phone number from the website to ask about securing a transportation equipment loan, I was provided with all the financial loan details needed, as well as the answers to my questions, with efficient customer service!

They are terrible with there hidden fees. I payed off my loan and they want me to sign a release, to get my title. What this basically means and its in the print is that they will use the form you sign against you, once your accountant finds the extra money you spent and want back. They will hold it against you in a court of law. The title is part of the vehicle, if you pay the vehicle off, that vehicle and title are rightfully yours.

I have spent the last month discussing with them the need to defer payments due to COVID-19 .They were amiable and willing to work with us.We got the paper work and the tone changed.They are using covid to charge an extra $414 of charges.When I called Bill the friendly we are all in this together had changed...Now it was me looking for favors.Down right disgusted in the evil preying of this business, taking advantage of a national disaster. I feel a pit in my stomach from the way the tone of Bills voice went from we are all in this terrible situation together to Me looking for a handout. I hope you are proud and sleep well at night with your business practice

I have used keystone a few times for equipment leasing. I have had great experiences both times. I was not a fan of Dennis. Very rude but I was able to not work with him much

These people are a joke & a "SCAM!!" I had a family member go to 'Axe Trailer' in Florida & they use THIS financial institution for Financing the actual money's. These people processed the payment of $32k in about 2 weeks & which 'paid in Full' the price of the equipment about mid May BUT Failed to have "all necessary paperwork" ready to mail-out 2 or 3 days BEFORE the payment was actually made or have important information "thoroughly" searched out! Paperwork arrives "3 weeks" after the truck was fully purchased to me in another state (where truck's located) with wrong/missing information on a few pages & a 'void' check ($3k of extra money) due to incorrect 'Pay to:' entity!? Then they're 'strong-arming' that the vehicle "must be" registered ONLY in the state of payee in Tennessee!? I have Power of Attorney & counciled with 2 attorneys & both agree this is a farce! Besides the "$6,000 mandatory" extra for Processing fees (??) & the Title/Registration of the vehicle in TN!?
