I have used Merchant Solutions and Andrew Moran as my credit card processor for almost ten years. Andrew has always and continues to provide the best customer service. He sends out an email notifying me of time zone changes so that my deposits continue to go through the same day. He keeps me up-to-date on the latest technology and software updates so that my deposits go through seamlessly. In addition to providing above-and--beyond service, Andrew and Merchant Solutions are price-competitive. I have asked for competing bids and they are always equal or higher to my current rate.

As a relatively new customer of Andrew Moran from Merchant Solutions (about 4 months now), I have been more than pleased with Andrew, his company and the services he provides. I have provided credit card payment for my clients for over 30 years. During that time, I have used three different processing companies. Although there weren't many problems, the primary frustration with each processor was getting questions answered when we needed help. Andrew's accessibility, promptness and responsiveness has been outstanding. All this as well as his expertise and advice in saving us money, makes Andrew the best choice for my company.

there are so many hidden fees. my terminal stopped working. I called to trouble shoot and it was unsuccessful. someone was supposed to get back to me. I called 2 more times and they said someone from another department will contact me, 4 weeks later, no one called. looked at my statement and over $500 in fees were withdrawn from my account even though I did not use the terminal for an entire month. Some of those fees were from the month before charges but this is an insane amount of fees for a very very small business. switched companies and now Merchant Solutions is charged an early termination fee. There were no apologies or solutions for the bad customer service, just more fees. I do not recommend this company

As a new small business owner I had no idea what I was getting into, where to begin. Austin made the POS part of my business so easy. With plenty of information and knowledge about all the different types of systems offered. If he didn’t have an answer for one of my questions he would find out and let me know right away. He was very responsive to all of my business needs and great with follow up.
