Love Honda financial services customer care is very helpful. I never had an issue with Honda. Also love my ridgeline truck best purchase ever!

I usually like to pay my bills by writing checks and sending in the mail. More and more though, companies want you to pay your bill online. I've made 3 attempts to submit a car payment and it keeps getting denied. I've even tried calling customer service for assistance. Still no luck. IF YOU WANT MY OPINION, STICK TO WRITING CHECKS AND SEND THROUGH REGULAR MAIL. I'M SURE MY CREDIT SCORE WILL CHANGE FOR THE WORSE NOW BECAUSE OF THE IN-EFFICENCY OF THIS HONDA FINANCIAL SERVICES WEBSITE!!!

This is absolutely crazy, but my credit score was just about a 700 and out of no where, Honda Financial Services stopped reporting to the credit bureau. I called them and they said there is absolutely nothing they can do. My credit sits at a 500 now because of that. They wouldn’t give me a clear answer on why, but apparently it affected a majority of people. I spent years building up my credit only to have my car loan company to knock it down, right at a time I was trying to buy a home. Do not go with them, it’s a gamble you might not win. They could turn on you at anytime.

This company decided to change all of their clients passwords without sending any notification causing everyone to be locked out of their accounts and unable to pay their bills. Their hold times exceeded 54 minutes, and their was no other way to pay other than wait 54 minutes for a live person. This company should forfeit a month of payments to all those affected for wasting our valuable time.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve had an on going case since 2018 and it’s unresolved. No one ever calls you back. I will absolutely never never do business with them again.

Worst service I have ever seen, the phone representative was very rude and disconnected the phone in my face while asking for her supervisor. I have never seen a financial institution with such low costumer service. I will never deal with them. As a tip go to a credit union and you will get far more better service with lower interest.

Terrible ive been waiting months for a refund check , takes an hour to get someone on the phone. I’m a honda fan but not a fan of their service at all.
