Since day one working with Jim Harris and Harris team, it has been seamless and very easy! Jim even went out of the way to contact the title company and my realtor to coordinate! Jim and his team have been totally professional on all elements that I would have not expected during a purchase of a new home to have thought to be a grinding process.. Not the Harris team! Totally would recommend him above any lender! I have worked with several lenders prior on different homes, although I've never had one to have been is so simple and easy to communicate and understand what the processes were .
