I live by Orlando FL I came to the Apollo bank on a girls get away and I have never received better service in my life. So I have been having a issue with my card that my local bank. Tried to resolve multiple times and with many attempts they were unsuccessful. I walked into the Apollo branch and Anisha handled it like a boss she was able to resolve a issue I have been having for weeks in minutes. Thank you Anisha and Daniel for your great service you guys made my day.

Walked in to get some paperwork stamped with gold medallion. All agents were playing on there phones. Was told they can't do it there an need to goto Sun City. Not sure what this branch Is for..waste of time
