Based of honest and integrity, I would not recommend Brian Zimmerman. Paula Aponte referred me to Brian on 9/1. I spoke to the realtor, Paula and she advised that they will do a “soft pull” on my credit to see what I qualify for. I followed up with the lender, Brian and he advised the same. I asked repeatedly during our conversation and assured that it will only be a soft pull. I received multiple alerts within the night that he did a hard pull. I followed up and asked why and he said, “Yes, when the soft pull didn’t pull scores through I had to hard pull it to get them”. Like why wouldn’t you confirm with me first? Why not give me a courtesy text explaining why. Luckily, he was not able to help due to his lack of knowledge of guidelines. I was able to find someone else that is more knowledgeable and will be moving forward with them.

Between making herself available just about 24/7 to helping us locate hard to find documents, I just don't know what we would have done without her support through all of this!
