Centennial Bank, Big Pine Key, FL

The bank manager wanted to charge us money to start a child’s savings account. The manager and her teller are not customer savvy. They had no customers in the drive thru or inside. Poor service but gave my child a good lesson on the reality of government backed banks which should never be rescued.

Everytime I call I get hung up on or disconnected. It's driving me crazy. The ladies in big pine are very nice but the customer care phone service is terrible.

Can’t call the local branch directly. Update: Sheila from the branch called me directly to follow up. Told me the correct number to reach the local bank branch. I appreciate the service. Updated from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend the branch at Big Pine Key, Fl for any banking needs.

The website sucks can’t get ahold of anyone. All I needed was my routing and account number. Worst bank I have ever used in my life.

I switched from Bank of America to Centennial because I was tired of BOA's poor customer service. Tina Geide and all of the staff at the Big Pine branch have been nothing short of amazing. They know me by name as soon as I walk in the door (and I don't go that often). They go out of their way to be helpful and always find or take the time to get the transactions done and are extremely informative about different account options and if there are fees involved, etc. This branch does an awesome job of making you feel as if you have your very own personal banker. I VERY highly recommend using Centennial on BPK.
