I can't emphasize enough how visiting this location turns a chore into a pleasant experience! I've never left without a smile on my face due to the extra friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Yolanda. They truly go above and beyond, friendly and patient while still providing fast and accurate service. I appreciate the expertise shown by Yolanda, who took the time to explain and sign me up for the Porte Debit card. And regardless if there is a line they never get frustrated and it's never taken me more than 10 min to get in and out and that's with 3 people ahead of me! Bravo!!

If I could give Nickie a 10 star I would! This girl was by herself with a store full of customers multitasking and getting everyone taken care of. The Bradenton staff are refreshingly delightful, turning this "chore" into a pleasure on each and every visit. Yolanda and Edison consistently go above and beyond with a warm, welcoming demeanor and professional expertise. This is service with speed, accuracy, and care, Along with a contagious smile I find I carry with me even after leaving. I've never waited more than 5 min, even with a line of customers and only one employee working, yet they are ever patient and eager to answer any questions or advise me of new services I may find useful. Bravo!! I have to add that Yolanda is exceptionally friendly and helpful also!
