I talked to Victor about a possible loan. Mind you I have been a customer with great standing for years. Never have I talked to someone as unprofessional as he was. Literally interrupted our conversation to tell me he had a more important phone call to get to and he’d call me back. Victor called back, after voicing my concerns to him and letting him know I’d go elsewhere he simply said okay and hung up the phone.
