We have followed Janice Orcutt with Better Lending when she was with another lender..... the reason is obvious, she is as through as they come. Janice updates her Buyer's and Agents on a weekly basis and that is rare! As a veteran agent I have used many lenders and she is just what we look for, she tells us the good, bad and ugly and that is what an agent and Buyer is looking. One of the best!!!!

Daniel is incompetent and does not have the knowledge to run a company. His employees know more about the industry so use them for your mortgage if needed. Although, I found better service and pricing elsewhere. Jimmy
