Highly recommend, you do not use them! We’ve been loyal customers for seven years who had an incident this week where something didn’t clear when it supposed to and they gave us nine $39 fees! And won’t do anything to help us! Too much of America is struggling right now to have a bank that steals that amount of money from you! Go with regions, who gives you 24 hours to rectify! We will be closing our account and going to regions ASAP!

I called about deposits and haven’t received a call back and when I called again the manger Harry told me it was a problem that I escalated my calls. I don’t understand if I’m a customer and keep getting wrong information why is it a problem. They are very rude and don’t care about they’re customers at all.
