Not only is this bank a local community bank, the people of this bank treat me like family! I love that United Southern Bank will call personally if something is not normal with an account and they really have that personal touch. I will NEVER leave them and they have my business for life!!

Just had to add my experience with them. Was notified over the weekend of suspicious activity on my card. They worked with me and within few days I was reimbursed. They even did little investigating for me. Customer service has always been very good with this institution.
