This bank is always slow! The tellers are basically all new and training all the time. They always have a long line in the lobby and in the drive through. Not only this but they are constantly making errors and shutting off my card for “potential fraud” I’m changing banks because Insight credit union is a terrible bank!!!

Horrible customer service. I followed the tellers instructions to transfer money from another account and then rudely talked over how I did it wrong. Went into branch to speak with someone and again rudely shut off and informed " that's it". Now waiting 7 days for holding from another bank. Customer service is not a requirement.

My wife and I recently opened a checking and savings account here after being members of "another" local banking institution. Shortly after opening our accounts we applied for and were approved for two different loans and today, on my wife's birthday and with the help of Insight, we purchased a used car. We are beyond happy with Insight C.U. and the staff, they are down to earth folk who laugh and joke with you and you feel like part of the family. We ended up closing out our accounts at the other place that we've had since 2004 because they just don't like to work with you unless your credit score is over 740. Thank you Insight!!

Go to open an account here they tell you that they don't have time for you so that tells me how you're gonna get treated at this bank this bank go elsewhere From the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one that says customer service is bad here

I don't really care that the walk in customer service is always slow or that the atm is frequently out of service. Just keep that in mind and plan accordingly. I'm thankful for a credit union that has minimal to no fees when my balance is a yoyo due to self employment. The only time they held my funds was the first month of membership and when I explained it was payroll they went ahead and cleared it. No complaints here. 2/2/22 3:30 5 stars for customer service in drive through today. quick & professional. Must have hired someone new

Banked here for 10+ years. I tried to set up an account for my girlfriend we applied online never got a response so a few days later we went into the bank. We went in and applied for an account we sat and chatted with someone on web-cam for an hour and she said there system was down 10/6/23 but we were 100% approved she just can't open the account come back on Monday and it should take 5 minutes (she said this multiple times in our conversation) I come back on Monday and its Columbus day they are closed. I'm not thrilled about this as I was told multiple times to come back on Monday and the systems would be up and running. So I come back on Tuesday and they say we are missing proof of address which we supplied proof of address it just wasn't a Bill, Bank statement etc. It was just junk mail. I understand that's pretty normal but we have tried to open an account Online, in person, in person again (Closed), In person again and we can't open the account. Very frustrating to deal with I've had to leave work early to make it to the bank we just want to have an account so she can have direct deposit.

Been going here to cash my payroll checks for quite a while. Recently they got a new teller whose name is Destiny and she is Awesome. Great attitude Great smile and makes my weekly visit great. Stay awesome destiny I appreciate you.
