Amscot - The Money Superstore, Florida City, FL

Had one of the worst experience with this branch will never use amscot again because of them. The manager is a joke laughs in your face when the other employees mess up then tell you that they don't care if you stop using there company when I have a problem. They have the worsted customer service skills. Will go back to using a different company. Will never recommend this location. When I have to tell a manager how to be a manager something is not right.

Had a $46,500 check to cash and no one in the Florida Keys would touch the check, which was good by the way. Drove down 3 hours to Florida City Amscot Check Cashing from Key West and 30 minutes later, walked out with cash! Try that at your local check cashing place. A congenial and professional manager named Ben took care of business expeditiously and verified my check was good and cashed my check, no hassles, no BS, and most importantly, NO DELAYS !! And he wouldn't even take a $25 tip that I insisted on him taking. THAT'S SERVICE !!! Thanks Ben !!! emw

It makes no sense to me how mascot only has one window open available for WesternUnion customers every time I come in I’m waiting 15 min plus this is ridiculous.

They are racist an I had hard time there they shouldn’t even be open suc a disrespectful place no customer service ALL THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE FIRED
